• Orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 Business Days.
  

Returns: 

• Remi & Friends Boutique does not accept returns or cancellations unless the order you placed is damaged upon delivery. We are not responsible for damages by the customer or postal services.
• If you have received a damaged item, please contact us. Once we have received your damaged product, we will send you a replacement. You will be reimbursed in the event of the item being out of stock or no longer sold.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
